All sales are FINAL, no refunds will be entertained. In the event that the product has a defect, we do offer exchanges. Exchanges are handled case by case, and we will do whatever we can to satisfy our customers.

How to make a request for exchange: Fill out the contact form under the contact us tab. Include a description of what the problem is in the comment and our team will work to resolve the issue.*

Local shipping 

Shipping is limited to those with residence in Calgary, Alberta. There is a flat rate of $5 if you select the shipping option when purchasing our product. The expected delivery time is 4-7 days. We will be personally delivering the products to your door. If you place more than one order we will try our best to make sure all your items reach you at the same time, however, older orders take priority.
