Refund policy
All sales are FINAL, no refunds will be entertained. In the event that the product has a defect, we do offer exchanges. Exchanges are handled case by case, and we will do whatever we can to satisfy our customers.
How to make a request for exchange: Fill out the contact form under the contact us tab. Include a description of what the problem is in the comment and our team will work to resolve the issue.*
